The Taste Beyond Taste

Fai is a whisky thinker, collector, and label designer who sees whisky as more than a drink—it’s a way of perceiving. For him, every bottle is an invitation to reflect, to reframe, and to reconnect with life’s complexity. His watercolor labels capture not just flavor, but feeling.
